YOH is a Space where People embrace the Commitment to Life, to their Healing, to the Art of Beauty, and to creating and sustaining together a Community for the Conservation of Mental and Spiritual Health.
A space where you will begin a process of Deep and Transpersonal Psychology. You will dive into the depths of your psyche and initiate a journey to understand the nature of your mind and your inner spirituality. You will specialize in connecting with the transcendental, reinterpreting trauma, addiction, fears, and blockages that hinder your growth. In the various spaces you choose—whether one-on-one with a psychotherapist, with family therapy, or in the YOH Retreat—you will have access to psychotherapeutic technologies proven effective in transforming lives, guided by specialized facilitators committed to mental and spiritual health.
YOH has its own integral model based on clinical psychology, cognitive-behavioral psychology, systemic psychology, and transpersonal psychology, with approaches tailored to addiction recovery, spiritual crises, and psychopathology disorders. It also integrates spiritual and ancestral practices focused on the healing and transformation of the Self, including Native American medicine. It incorporates modern research on Consciousness, the healing potential of Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness, the therapeutic applications of work with prenatal and perinatal experiences, the quintessential transpersonal tool of Holotropic Breathwork, and Art Therapy.
Committed to life, I consider myself distinct from other psychotherapists by intimately engaging with patients in their transformation process. I immerse myself to feel what they feel, accompanying them step by step on their journey of self-discovery. With care and without transference, I delve deeply with patients into their history, experiences, and meaning, helping them connect with their essence during times of uncertainty and embrace the unknown.
With meticulous skill, I provide specialized support in trauma, personality disorders, addictions, and limiting habits and behaviors. I implement interventions and offer effective tools, constantly updating them in collaboration with the patient. In my practice, I am recognized as an intuitive woman, a life enthusiast. I communicate directly, sometimes confrontationally, but always in favor of personal growth. I am known for my warmth and unique sense of humor, and for being effective in establishing a loving bond of trust with individuals or families.
I genuinely care about people—their thoughts, feelings, gifts, and talents. My approach focuses on helping them discover their spirituality. We openly discuss shame, guilt, and fears, and I share how I have transcended my own. In my practice, feelings find meaning, and language is constantly refined to align with living beautifully and authentically.
